You need to accept three facts:
i. a consultant will get paid to say anything you want;
ii. if pipelines of such great lenghts were possible, they would have been built already in various other projects around the world - expecially in Russia - they havent. not one such pipeline exists; and
iii. share price reflects what is actually possible - both in terms of physics (length of pipeline) and extraction costs (feasaibility).
