News today, and future

News today, and futureI think the PEA we received last night is excellent news.  I also listened to the entire conference call.  It is available by webcast on the Rodinia Website if anyone is interested.  It all sounds very encouraging.
I'm still very confused why this stock is so undervalued relative to its pears.  The Capex is only 144 million.  Is it because of the timeline to production (2015)?  Or the fear that they will not be able to secure the financing?
What am I missing here?  Any insight would be welcome.  I am long RM.
