RE:RE:RE:65,000,000 Dollar Shelf ProspectusI read the documents again and I think the Prospectus is for the insiders to be able to sell their shares from time to time. There is a statement that the Corporation does not get the proceeds from the sale of securities. So if I'm correct, there will not actually be any additional shares issued. The securities appear to not be for sale in the USA as well. Anyone have any other interpretation of the document.
