65,000,000 Dollar Shelf Prospectus

Must be gearing up for rapid growth. Reading the Prospectus I believe Halo should have enough money for operations from current assests, so expansion or build up? Could double the share count though.

sollmg: where did you see a Halo $65M shelf prospectus? And if near U.S. price of 10 cts, would it add 650M shares to O/S which i estimate to be about 700M shares once the shares from all these deals are registered & disbursed, tho not all will be freely tradeable for a while. Until Halo has over at least $5M per month and maybe til they have over $10M per month, the stock will have a hard

The notice appeared on Stockwatch this after noon and I read the details on Sedar

I read the documents again and I think the Prospectus is for the insiders to be able to sell their shares from time to time. There is a statement that the Corporation does not get the proceeds from the sale of securities. So if I'm correct, there will not actually be any additional shares issued. The securities appear to not be for sale in the USA as well. Anyone have any other interpretation

This is for issuing shares if and when the time comes. Companies do this so that if they need to later in the year they can do so more easily and timely. Doesn't mean they will use it...just there in case. Based on how the shares a re trading they are either cleaning up a big seller who was issued shares for one of their deals or they are positioning for a share issuance of some kind. IMO

Initially I thought that was what the Prospectus was until I read the top of page 15                                                   "USE OF PROCEEDS" "The net proceeds from any offering of Securities and the proposed use of those proceeds will be set forth

Using the Prospectus to sell large chunks of shares, insiders can do it without driving down the stock price.

Watching the trading over the last few days it looks like PI is selling about 1,000,000 million shares a day under the offering

So I figure we have about 5 months of the SP staying at current levels unless they increase the daily selling above 1 million shares. Or announce some outstanding news. GLTA
