From the last consolidation til today the share count has increased by 130,915,254 shares. The difference between the 123.16 mil and 130.9 mil is 7..755 mil . Which seems to line up with ABO' s AMRs disclosures. Also think Reef sold the bulk of their shares during those periods of heavy volume. Given they were getting them at a 20% discount to the previous days closing price.
