Share count currently sits at 273 million
 Wondered why there was never any news about the Reef Financing.  Was all being done without disclosure  ABO still has outstanding debentures as well.

So unless Reef sold shares,  they're holding over 45 percent of the outstanding shares at the cast of 3.95 million

Took another look at today's disclosure and now think the share count is only 150,810,195. From the last consolidation til today the share count has increased by 130,915,254 shares. The difference between the 123.16 mil and 130.9 mil is 7..755 mil . Which seems to line up with ABO' s AMRs disclosures. Also think Reef sold the bulk of their shares during those periods of heavy volume. Given

OK....this company still remains a major disappointment. Not sure where its future is heading.
