sp undervalued....Initially halo acquired bophelo for c25m but closed transaction at a discounted fair value acquisition price of c6m. by doing dd n market conditions halo saved approx c19M in capital costs. at sp of c26 value of bophelo will b a gain of c6m. one reason why sp is currently undervalued!!
