RE: What is the real value of Northstar?

RE: What is the real value of Northstar?Your point #3 presumes that the claims against Dr. Kramer are limited to what is held in the escrow account, but that is a false presumption.  While the company has declined to specify the amount being sought, they have said the claims relate to the price NHC paid for their stake in the The Palladium Partnership, so one can probably infer that they're seeking quite a bit more than what's left in the escrow account.

Given that the history of write offs from unreimbursed claims from The Palladium Houston extend to pre-IPO periods and amounts to 10's of millions....I would think the company should have a fairly good case....time will tell.
