I disagree with the notion that Dr. Kramer will make a bid to take over the company. If the company is claiming that it paid too much for it's interest in The Palladium Houston, then Dr. Kramer making a lowball offer at this point would seam to support the company's claim....wouldn't it?

Also, Northstar has said it is seeking more than the $8 Million left in the escrow account.
