"Presumably"? Presumably, they will be? Well it is in press releases and the company presentation 

"A financing in Jan?" No sht Sherlock they were granted an exemption to allow 49% ownership by foreigners which will be debt financing and an equity raise 

Its a growth story at this stage 

I hope it goes lower so I can load up
