So back to the ' Free Float ' shares, and what little there is avail. for new small, medium, large, very large shareholders to be. Sad indeed, as there is not much out there for anyone.
The Insiders hold approx 44 % of the 31M shares o/s. Thus leaving approx 17.4M out there looking for a new home, Maybe. That Maybe is the Million $$$ question of that small ' free float ', as to Who is ready & willing to sell out.
A good question as we move forward in the days, weeks, months ahead..
The CEO has stated times before, Not interested in Selling shares But very interested in growing the biz, including doing Blue Sky opportunities as they may arise. BioCloud surely is a very Great step towards making KNR a Blue Chip firm.
Fair to say, the firm will be listed sooner or later on a greater trading exchange to better reflect the firm's growing stature in the biz world.

P.S. Imagine as KNR hits a new major trading exchange with a ' Free Float ' of possibly 17.4M shares. My imagination is not Big enough for that thought alone & what will happen. Though ...... EPIC ...... does come to mind for All shareholders Topseeker
Sure will be interesting with so little Free Float as to What serious harm will be done to All Shorters. Fair to say, IMO, it will sure be a gruesome outcome for each & everyone of them.
Seriously OK outcome for True patient Longs indeed.
