RE:Patent Question

RE:Patent Question

Think about your question  If a company wasn't expecting a patent anytime soon would they be in full production? Cheers

GreenBull wrote: I am not very familiar with the Patent process. I have been seeing many posts saying we need our patent first, or next milestone is patent, or patent soon, etc....So I googled it... "In Canada, it takes an average of 33.6 months from requesting examination (which may be done at filing) to get a patent. In the United States, it takes an average of 23.4 months from the filing of a patent application to get a patent". So is it safe to say we will not get a patent anytime soon? Anyone here with more experience with Patents, please give your thoughts.
