If it works as advertised your assertion is completely incorrect. As for the vaccines, there's already some doubt how well the existing vaccines will work against the emerging variants (not to mention how long they'd be effective for in the first place regardless any variants). Then there is the % of the population that can't and /or won't be vaccinated as well as the mention that Biocloud could work to detect other viruses etc.
