Warning to potential new investors
Just stay away, why risk your money on a stock with the baggage this one has.

There are risks one takes in every microcap they invest in. I personally don't like risks where I don't have confidence in what a company is saying. That can lead to some making a lot of money, as we saw. That I call a play for "gamblers" not "investors".

The debenture holders who cashed in millions in easy profits weren't "gambling", IMO.

Nope. Those were convertible so virtually risk-free, shares or interest payments before principal was due. They were the beneficiaries of Ghezzi's news releases fhaf pumped many of us up, and the share price. I somehow don't think that they view him the same way as those that virtually lost their whole investment.

I still wonder why they all cashed out long before they had to? If everything the company was saying was true, then they could have made a lot more money. They apparently knew more than those who got conned into buying common shares on that same hype. I suppose that should have been a massive red flag. Lesson learned. JMO

" At this point really not much downside....because of the very low share price. " Actually, it could still lose 90%. If you don't have any buyers, there are only sellers. And personally, I wouldn't risk any amount of my money on this stock. JMO
