Just stay away, why risk your money on a stock with the baggage this one has.

There are risks one takes in every microcap they invest in. I personally don't like risks where I don't have confidence in what a company is saying.  That can lead to some making a lot of money, as we saw.  That I call a play for "gamblers" not "investors".

The debenture holders who cashed in millions in easy profits weren't "gambling", IMO.

Nope.  Those were convertible so virtually risk-free, shares or interest payments before principal was due. They were the beneficiaries of Ghezzi's news releases fhaf pumped many of us up, and the share price.  I somehow don't think that they view him the same way as those that virtually lost their whole investment.

I still wonder why they all cashed out long before they had to? If everything the company was saying was true, then they could have made a lot more money. They apparently knew more than those who got conned into buying common shares on that same hype. I suppose that should have been a massive red flag. Lesson learned. JMO

I believe it is a fact that the debentures were converted but I don't know if we know exactly if or when they sold the stock.  I think we are guessing here but a reasonable guess would be that much of it if not all was cashed out at levels they never imagined they would get so quickly pre-BioCloud.  And I think it is reasonable to assume that in the early days of KNR bigger debenture ...more

Correct.  You can always lose 100% of your investment regardless whether it is a 1 penny of $1 stock.   My view was personally contextual to say something along the lines that losing a hundred bucks is a limited downside compared to already lost thousands.  I don't think new buyers would be likely to lose most of their investment at these levels and the business at hand, at ...more
