Everyone get their package in the mail for voting I see Paul got paid over 200 grand for doing what I don't know????

Paul is getting paid to generate enough money so that he can be paid. This will have to get back to trading at some point if they want to do a PP and keep paying that salary.

They can't do anything without money and the only way to get money is through selling new shares. They can't keep pulling money out of the company for salaries if they don't raise some. It's a constant cycle of selling shares and then doing a rollback when there's to many shares. An oil company that was always doing that is XOP at one point they had over 5 billion shares

Is it an AGM or a wake? Was the salary share based compensation? Where did the money come from otherwise?

Lol, it can't be a wake. Why would anyone or any company go through all the hassle to get the audit done to file quarterly and annual paperwork to Sedar and CSE? From my understanding this is a AGM from our documents that were mailed to all shareholders. Any shared issued is for compensation from all the DD. I hate repeating myself over and over again, lol. Instead of us discussing these

They filed to meet their legal obligations. I'm sure they don't want an investigation and they probably want to try and raise some money and they probably want to get this thing trading again at some point. They have not done anything for years.

Ahhhhhh, we have new management not old management! New management has proven anything yet but keep afloat, this coming weeks will be voting and I'm sure they'll give us an update on their status of Iron Forge or anything that could gives us a positive view of things to come. First they need to complete the deal with Iron Forge,etc and get this trading and will see what happens next. I

Graphy, when I pointed out to you the company was doing literally the absolutely bare minimum legally necessary to not be delisted you actually tried to spin that as a positive, and you want to be taken seriously?
