RE:RE:Probably not gonna happenYou might be right, but Alaska and the rest of us lose.  Instead we can rely on our green metal future from China, Russia and 3rd world countries.  Who are definitely not green miners, actually the worst.  There isn't a modern mine in North America that isn't being responsibly managed and remediated on closing.  Alaska is one hudge empty pristine area, as it should be.  This mine would be a fraction of <1% of Alaska's land area but would bring responsible wealth to the citizens with it.   That means hospitals, education and old age security to a nation deeply in debt and relying on dictators for their future metal supply.
