Why I think NBVA will go over 2 dollars per share
Yesterday I got an email from a friend asking me why I thought NBVA would go over $2. here was my answer;
NBVA has not done any dilutive financings since they went public. Financings always put extra pressure on stocks when news comes out. The share structure is about as good as you will see with a company with revenue.
I always look at management before I invest. NBVA has top notch Management. They have lots of experience in this field. And the fact that they own a lot of shares in NBVA shows how confident they are in what they are doing.
They have the potential to get many new customers. Hospitals, governments, retail etc. The nice thing is that they get recuring revenue. This is not just a one off sale, they will get money from their customers for many years.
This is a business that not many retail investors understand. There are not that many retail investors in this stock.You can tell by the way it trades. That is usually a poitive. Retail investors will come in once the stock goes over $2

They seem a little on the high side but we don`t know what all that compensation was for. In the shorter term it will all come down to...can they get more contracts. If they do it gives the company tremendous credability.

Sorry folks, I can't get the snip from the management information circular to post. However, If you check out p.13 of the latest circular on SEDAR you will find that managment bonuses totalled $374K for 2018-2019 when the company was losing tons of money and the stock price was tanking.

So Profictic, I guess you dont have any shares in this compay? did you lose lots of money from them in the past? is this why all the negative coments? Or you just want people not to invest in this company and to be aware that they are just bad managment??

I own no shares in the company but I almost invested back in 2018 at .53 sh when managment was hyping Prisms. I'm sure glad I didn't ! I just can't figure out how anyone can trust a management that has had 3 flops in a row and pissed away 8M dollars. Do you know something I don't ?????

You do realize they just announced a multi million dollar deal and recieved the first payment of a million bucks, do you? Money talks. Thats just the beginning. They just recently recieved the patent and now the big money is coming in. Why quibble over a penny or two? Lots of upside here. Buy some shares and I'm sure you won't shitt your pants from worrying.
