RE:RE:NPVAgreed zentrarian.. Fortunately the majors have shot themseves in the foot over the last few years and are suffering from throwing way too much cash into projects that subsequently have turned out to be uneconomical at the current POG.. I think this gives Pretium a better chance of hanging onto Brucejack and seeing through the development as the majors are very shy of making the same mistakes again.. and I'm sure RQ and the board are not trying to "look like they intend to build a mine".. the intention here is 100% to develop and build.. I also expect the majority of shareholders would not back a takeover unless the price was in multiples of the current shareprice.. 
Here's hoping that in a couple of years the company will be changing it's name to "Pretium Mines"!
