In summary . the discussion  suggests that the present ore reserve grade significantly overstates the grade that will be milled going forward.


It also suggests that  a failure to  keep up  with back filling mined out stopes  has and will continue to compromise  efficient mining.

Plus one or two more details that suggest that yes indeed  the poster  is an experienced mining engineer who  knows what he is talking about
