What does it say ??? It says that PVG is now trading at only 72% of the 12 month high , while KL is at 99% of the 12 month high. For investment purposes , take those two values and allocate your investment $$ accordingly, bearing in mind PVG Q2 numbers will be out in 10 days time. Consensus seems to be poor results but exactly how poor is up for discussion.
