RE:RE:RE:RE:Exited

RE:RE:RE:RE:Exited

I got out at 19 and yes, I'm content with taking the profit...

That said, I am wrong in that this bounce did reach the upper 20s, I think I seen 29.5 hit but not many shares were traded at that height. I could have gotten a better exit in 23-24, but I took the safety.

Also from the release the company the numbers are not that attractive, they NEEDED the cash injection as I wouldn't say they are healthy at the moment despite the excellent products they are putting out.(I watched I Am Alfred Hitchcock the other night and despite a lack of in person interviews and live current footage due to Covid, it was excellently done, and I was blown away on the info of Alfred considering he died before I was born, yet I remember watching his show on TV 25-30 years after it was last produced and I've seen many of his movies, I thought he was still alive when I was young so the timelines were mind blowing, also the identification of his filming techniques and concepts that we see extreamly often today)

Let's highlight a couple of the hits that jump out at me from the release:
- "Revenue decreased by $5,271,025 from $7,958,885 in 2020 to $2,687,830 in 2021"
- 2nd straight quarter we have had a loss in "Income (loss) per share - basic and diluted" and 2nd in 9 quarters
- 3rd straight quarter of negative "Net and comprehensive income (loss)" and 3rd in 9 quarters
- 3rd worse "total revenue" in the past 9 quarters
- total liability's are up 31% in 9 months
- shareholder equity is down 15.5% in 9 months

Now these numbers don't bother me as I use this as a trading vehicle and if I see an attractive entry I will jump back in for anouther try. But those above points are not attractive for an investment, especially since it seems like the companies income focus is now shifting from a rather safe model to one that seems quite risky. I believe that rather than an investment in a documentary/entertainment producer, your now speculating on a rather trendy concept, and this may work out positively, but I'm not overly into speculation. If they had this quarter showing without the hyped news pre-earnings how do you think the temperature in the room would be?

All in all, I'm content with my exit as I took my proceeds from the sale and some other cash laying around and bought KLS in 2 purchases at .75 and .72 and exited in 2 steps at .85 and 1.05 (which both were low exits at it topped 1.20) about 2 weeks later for a 28.3% gain... I would have had to get 24.5 cents to get 28.9% gain which ended up being possible... but it turns out I did similar returns anyway and I felt much safter in the strategy I employed... I now have taken the proceeds of those transactions and gotten into NWX where I'm likely to get a 18.2% annual dividend yeild and maybe some capital appreciation as the news from them is rather favourable.

Don't worry about me, I'm pretty happy and not getting too greedy at the moment...
