He also increased his position at $3+ $2+ ... So if he knows what's going on why would he buy at $3 or $2 unless there is a hidden agenda.

I find that these inside purchases are not worth too much anyway.

They could spend 50K while granting themselves options / cheap warrants.

I don't like the fact that there is no transparency on the financial side. I don't like it at all.
