Yeah, pretty much. Was hoping they would have a surprise with the Diamond Settlement. Hopefully, the SP ends up in mid-20s. But i highly doubt it.

yap ... you would think this would give us a 2-3-4 cent bump to the upside.. but will see if the MM's want to still keep the lid on.... note holders are happy I am sure... and as I said many months ago, and I was told it was nothing... this $%^&$# diamond issue is a mess...but I am hoping diamond is keep the pressure on them and I am sure they do not want to see them bankrupt .. does not insure they would get anything then?
