I think they will only invest in the mine, not the battery-grade refinery, and then there will be money left for the retail shareholders

what do you think ? some is accepted orion and johnson matthey battery materials were secured creditors ? and their claims  accepted copy paste from pwc report hope it works

Wrong Tfunds.... ;-) The bid wins, then negotiates with the creditor on payment terms or equity (based on the sum allocated in their bid). As far as partners are concerned, there will be negotiations ...more
