Orion received 60% on 2500 tons (jusy 6% of production) in exchange of US$75 millions loan, as soon loan and interest payback it end.  Very classical streaming agreement

Perhaps there is only 1 offer left on the table which includes IQ/Fitz? That wouldn't be much of a decision for Judge Gouin to take. It behooves the Nemaska board to issue a press release asap!

At this stage, I would think Fitz knows about the offers. IQ is involved in the discussion and would know everything I assume. I don't see why Fitz would not be in the loop.
