Guy is the CEO but all material decision are bless by internal rule of approbation and board of director - The entire team of NMX should be blame including board of director member who blessed thet managment for years; Yes a class action is possible here but it is not the responsability of only one guy -

I dont want be the ingenior firm who did the bankable FS - Instituion have their fault too - they have responsability to do dee DD to protect investors - Everyone who invested in pravate placement should have right againt bank -

Clearly a class action that will involve lot of group - not only NMX managment
