RE:i think they can break the bad bond
RE:i think they can break the bad bond Tcheck I agree that the court will rule in favour of NMX, but it is such a shame that this will not be done sooner as I think this is the blocker on the Pallinghurst agreement going ahead in the near term.
The finances I am sure will eventually be fixed out, but at what cost to us? Previously I was not overly worried, as all the pointers IMO were reasonably in our favour, but if this drags on until May (which is indicated in the PwC report), I am not so confident. I do hope there is a master plan between NMX / IQ / Pallinghurst, and that they have accounted for all this skulduggery. We will see.... ;-)

the contract with the bondholders will be dissolved no doubt
since nmx didnt tap the money,
met their obligations
and the conditions stipulated were not and cant be met .
i think the courts will declare the agreement void.
which leaves us with a glaring hole
but that can be filled with hard cash
the 1.2 bn deal wasa fiction .
thankfully we can get it right now
since we have IQ on board .
we will need a headtransplant ,
a good heart
and like always
a lot of dough to finish this halfbaked project.
IQ will take over with pallinghurst in tow.
we will chip in once we are reassured that financing is sound
