which leaves us with a glaring hole

 Tcheck I agree that the court will rule in favour of NMX, but it is such a shame that this will not be done sooner as I think this is the blocker on the Pallinghurst agreement going ahead in the near term. I totally agree with you mick1888. All the major players know what’s going on including PG. IMO they have NMX’s back. The bonds will be a no brainer and the FMC agreement has a termination clause that NMX activated. I hope all this is fast tracked thru the system to get everyone back on track moving forward.
