The NMX Lithium Shareholders Group - Response to CharleneIn the event of a Private Purchase of the remains of Nemaska Lithium under protection by a private investor, the latter does not buy the shares of the shareholders of the old company but rather its assets.
The shares of a company do not represent an asset of the company but rather the opposite.
If Nemaska Lithium made a net profit in this private sale after having covered all its liabilities, expenses, and claims (the shareholders coming last), it could be that this net profit would be redistributed to its 847.6 million shares.
Everything seems to indicate that this net value would represent roughly zero $ / share.
The great value of the Nemaska project is not in its present equity, but in its enormous future potential.
