This is not the point, as you mention financial are not doomsday as cry by some, and LiOH battery quality market price for sales to Tier-1 in JP/KR (NMX target market) maintains at US$14-15/kg (Joe Lowry market data).

There is no doubt that some reliable option could include shareholders (and some claims it is the case) while ensuring a profitable business for new owners and next IQ C$200-300M investment.
