RE:RE:Drivers seat againPoliticians say things that have to be taken with a grain of salt... :)   It was during negotiations.  My guess is he was promoting an offer from a financing group (maybe PG) who wasn't offering shareholders that much (e.g. $0.05/share).  That financing group is competing with other offers (e.g. buyout).   Or maybe he didn't know all offers on the table.  He later signaled that they will throw $200-$300m in and maybe collaborate with any group.  Which is positive.  Perhaps that is why they extended the bid submission date to July 10... so that other groups can collobarate with IQ.    

All I know is the Li market is hot right now.  NMX is attractive for many reasons (e.g. relatively short time to production, high quality, located in North American).  So, the interest will be significant.  My guess a buyout offer between ($0.50/share - $1.00/share).  Time will soon tell.  Good luck, shareholders!
