Drivers seat again

It seems like everyone is anxious now.   Don't be nervous.   This is a slam dunk - lots of interest in the Lithium sector now.  Way more than last year when PG offered $0.25/share.   Also, NMX is looking at buyout options now.  This is going to reach $1/share.   Good luck all.

It may eventually be worth $1/share once recapitalized, but the current situation doesn't justify it. The only issue for existing shareholders is that they remain in the picture so that they can benefit from increasing value down the road. That will require a relisting too, so that they can exit their positions if they choose to.

TaN, why can't this be an acquisition?   Why should is going along for the ride the only positive option for shareholders?  I think someone buys us here.  Financing was what GB limited us to last year.  Now that he is gone (thankfully).  We should sell here.... with the high premium on the whole sector.   The time is right.

It certainly could be, but the real value to be gained is several years away. No reason to settle for peanuts today.

Would you accepte PG offer per share as a buyout ?
Comment by Takeactionnow on Jul 13, 2020 11:24am
$0.25 per share? Yes, given the uncertainty of getting anything.

Wow Luna2020, I did not know you were Charlene!! When I read your post a few days ago about $1/share, I thought that was overly optimistic!! How do you consider the recent comments of Fitzgibbon on Linkedin?

Politicians say things that have to be taken with a grain of salt... :)   It was during negotiations.  My guess is he was promoting an offer from a financing group (maybe PG) who wasn't offering shareholders that much (e.g. $0.05/share).  That financing group is competing with other offers (e.g. buyout).   Or maybe he didn't know all offers on the table.  ...more

Can only hope you right ! One thing for sure Lithum is cycling back into the forefront bigtime that longs have known what is coming for a looong time ! Now its just sit back and watch the Giga factories popping up around the globe and big battery players taking share in producers ! Hard not to think Nemaska could not still catch wind in the sails !!!!!!!!

Like CrazyProphet said, I hope you are right!! On my side, a 50 cents buyout would be a huge surprise, even if ALB & SQM stocks are up (they could be down in a month). We should know next week!?

Ciseaux,  yes we should know next week.  What are your expectations of the share price?  $0.0 - $1.00.   In March, I was thinking it would be $0.0.  But, now with all the Li miners doing better it should be around $.50/share with good competition.
