me, mick i think we should sue nmx here instead and contest their decision
.the board
they accept a lower offer of pallinghurst than the one originally proposed .we would have received 25 cents for our shares and the new offer offers zero .
they didnt act in the interest of all stakeholders as they pretend .
only IQ can be behind this turn of events .they downbidded and this was accepted .
not to mention they didnt consult nmx shareholders on the decision , by organising a general assembly ,with a vote on the decision , for instance .
yes this is not democratic .IQ a minority holder rules and pushes their will forward at the expense of everything else and the majority of the shareholders .
invoking gloom and doom if we don t buckle down
