I am ashamed that I did not take a loss on this project last year. It cost me an arm and a leg. I could have put a downpayment on a another income property. Quite honesty, I feel like I was robbed (that was just ethically wrong). That loss is now a tax write off. Anyway, I did listen to people on this forum and started to make some better choices. I played the gold rally perfectly. I re-couped all my losses by investing in Yamana, Superior and Hecla. Calgary was right on that...cheers mate. I then bought Apple, Mastercard, and Visa on the Corona dip in March. Made a bundle on that. Now, I have just two major stocks in my portfolio.  Microsoft and CVS health will both do exceeding well during the global pandemic. These stocks will undeniably be profitable. GLTA
