After so many shocks to the downside, this is indeed a surprise. Now if they just stop listening to Glencore and repay the last 5 years of dividend, they might just begin to get set straight!

I think that it may be business day, but not sure.  Also, It is 6 weeks since Noranda announced a 4 to 6 week shutdown to make repairs to the cell house.
