Re: VoltaXplore's Established Valuation for ridethewinners

Re: VoltaXplore's Established Valuation for ridethewinnersYou, ridethewinners, stated "I think Canada made a mistake by having all the federal and provincial subsidies start next year because it just handcuffs the shovel ready projects."

Do you, ridethewinners, actually believe VoltaXplore is shovel ready?
Are you suggesting that
having all the federal and provincial subsidies start next year has somehow handcuffed NanoXplore in immediately proceeding with the financing of and actual shovels in the ground construction of the 2GWh VoltaXplore graphene enhanced battery cells manufacturing facility? Surely you jest ridethewinners.

You also stated, "
I have trouble understanding the implied value of Volta as MRE was willing to sell their share for $10 mill. I have received an explanation from the company but I am still dubious. Until there is clarity on the financing and partners we will be in the penalty box I suspect."

You,
ridethewinners, claim to have received a explanation from the company C-suite representatives regarding the implied value of NanoXplore's "for now" 100% owned VoltaXplore enterprise. You may want to provide the company's explanation ridethewinners?
Whichever way you want to slice it though, the entirety of the VoltaXplore enterprise was agreed to by both Martinrea International and NanoXplore representatives as being worth $20 Million.

Keep in mind that since Martinrea International generated a return on investment which was nearer to 10x from it's sale of 50% of VoltaXplore and given that NanoXplore initially exchanging 55% of Volta explore
with it's JV partners should allow VoltaXplore representatives to eventually raise the additional as yet unaccounted for $250 Million worth of capital financing needed to build the VoltaXplore manufacturing facility, what valuation would you place on the entirety of the VoltaXplore enterprise, obviously inclusive of a non-exclusive technologies and manufacturing processes IP license granted by NanoXplore to the VoltaXplore enterprise's new controlling equity owners of course?
