A career Director of Investor Relations should have been sought the moment negotiations with that well recognized chemicals company, a.k.a. the "Industrial Titan" were underway. I expect (perhaps foolishly) Mr. Gagne's replacement would be appointed just before a full and final consummation of the "commerical agreement" amongst NanoXplore and said chemicals company is to be achieved and publicly disseminated.
The soon to be hired NanoXplore Director of Investor Relations should be provided some actual meaty news to distribute to the investment community most influential operators the second he is hired.
The individual to be hired must be ready to hit the ground running with a series of news releases conveying sequential successfully achieved "tangible deliverables" having been secured on behalf of NanoXplore.
