now what ....? Financials due tomorrow or the whole stock will get halted and us the beg holders get to keep it for a while till they stop smoking there at NorthBud and actuality do some work?
Financials are bound to be BAD VERY BAD but it shouldn't matter much for a starter co.
What worries me more that the new cheap and super dilutive financing is not closed yet so maybe he cant even get people to give him money at 5 cents...

Show you got some business going like actually grow something say you got a customer who will buy it now you need some more money to expand production... then you just might get it.
