I got an email update from the water board today about renewing a few licences etc.
Didnt spend a lot of time reading the 13 pages but I did note they are still planning on building Phase 1 of the ASR in 2021-22. And Phase 2 next year.
I’m on the mailing list and they do keep one up to date.

I find the time line for the ASR hard to believe if they can't even answer an email. But hey miracles happen.
