Im not so sure Teine Energy is the best suitor as they have no cash. They gave recently bought (major financings) land off Baytex and Westfire...and more recently Long Run Exploration. The Canadian Pension Plan seems to have big say in what Teine does for aquisitions, they'd have to front alot of money and/or participate in yet another equity investment. Wouldnt Whitecap or Raging River be better suited? maybe PWT?

With that being said, if Teine Energy did purchase the assets off of NVS, it would be de-listed no? and would it have to be an all cash deal? i'd tend to say yes imho....any thoughts here?
