It's a small oil patch...so I keep circling back to old ideas - RRX (new high again today) will either use its inflated paper to buy NVS or itself be bought at an inflated price by CPG - or Teine will eventually get around to spending its 300m on NVS - or LEG over-reaches for NVS - or WCP? or LST? or NVS just moves on...
