Stock1guy I think they are hoping to get thrown out. The way they have been running NRI leads me to believe they are waiting. Shareholders don't have the guts like they did before. There was more to lose before. My guess is that if their termination contracts are anything like their employment contracts they will escape very rich. They haven't communicated well with shareholders. At least everyone except the group of seven. No my guess is there is a golden handshake just waiting to be shooken. What a retirement package. My opinion. Need2.
