I am not claiming that management has done a good job, however I do like where the company is headed. Your comments are focused on the past and not where the company is headed.

I know all about the frustration you feel, as I have been through it as well! however I am looking at where this company is headed with their current porfolio in hand and I have to say, the future is much brighter than it was years ago!

This will turn a corner and you will have been so lost in your anger and frustration that you will struggle to witness the transformation that is currently on going and to improve with each day!
