LOL!! SEC has no control over this.

It's ok we were all newbies once. You failed to do you DD....the first clue is you can't find any specifics NSRS.. no web site, fiancial reports, nothing ect.

anystock that trades and shows no bid or ask price is another clue...

any info from newswire, marketwire ect = a paid company to pump the sp.. and the list goes on
