odd stuff

i started watching this since last friday!!  havent put a cent in but quite odd things this one does!!  heres one i thought was quite odd.... ive seen bids and asks always go upto 999... we all have seen that....  i saw somehting differet for once..... anyone can explain it???   1,214 on ask??  ive never seen them put it over 999.....
