What is puzzeling to me, is why is this stock still trading.. It looks like it is allowing the inside group to off their stock positions.

NSRS:US exactly ... even at 50 cents when you want to sell half a trillion shares that you paid a fraction of a cent its not bad - not bad at all . why they can do that ... because its OTC ... much more lax than TSE or a reputable exchange . just watch how this ends ...  and iri ????!!!! still has a target of $5 ... Who is this person/company whose name is never capitalized !!!
