Closes US$125 M Revolving Credit Facility

MONTREAL, Sept. 14, 2021 /PRNewswire/ - Nomad Royalty Company Ltd. ("Nomad") (TSX: NSR) (NYSE: NSR) is pleased to announce, further to its press release dated August 30, 2021, that it has closed its previously announced amended revolving credit facility for US$125 million with the option to increase to US$150 million, subject to satisfaction of certain conditions.
