Good deal aquisition

Aquisition all share transaction of Novamind by Numinus for .44 a share. Will also make a very solid company.

Some ppl have hard time with simple math. This should be 0.84x Numi so above 40c. I can wait until ppl realize this rocket science

It'll be based on NUMI share price x.84 so this may not end up being .44 transaction.

I am very confused as to what the acquistion price will be, because if it's still appx. $26.2mil, how does this math work out? NUMI offering/making available 63mill shares for NM's appx 75mil would equal .84 of NM's shares for new NUMI shares NUMI now at .$0365 x .84 = $0.31 NM value and NM closed today at $0.25 which would make the value of this deal at almost $19mil.
