Really don't think you know what you're talking about.  I'm fully invested in HIP.  However, the deal with CMED says that we get 0.033 shares in CMED for each share that we own in HIP.  at CMED's current valuation of $26.95, we would get value of $0.88935 per share in HIP.  That's currently a cut in value of about .62 cents a share.  No one wants that.  THAT is the sole reason people are now speaking out against the deal and saying it no longer makes sense.    

These shares will go up to 5-6 dollars?  What?  That's a market cap of 1-1.4 Billion prior to acquisition by CMED.  Also a 200-300% share price increase.  For a merged entity to reach that, CMED would need to reach like $75.00-$100.00/share.  Not going to happen.  At least not in the next days/weeks.
