That came out a while ago, and I almost commented on it then.  I don't think Cannimed needs to actually acquire HIP to make this relationship work.  All Cannimed needs is access to the recreational market.  I see no reason why CMED/HIP can't enter into further agreements whereby HIP will distribute CMED's products.  It wouldn't surprise me to learn that this is exactly what they intend to do.  

Obviously, we will find out tomorrow when they speak at tomorrow's investor conference.  I would suggest that anyone invested in this stock pay close attention to that presentation.  Our management team will be letting us know exactly what their intentions are for the foreseeable future (very likely including how they intend to vote their shares).
